LEGAL NOTICE AMENDMENT OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF THE PLEASANT HILLS AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Hills Authority, pursuant to a Resolution of the Board of the Authority and as approved by a Resolution of the Borough of Pleasant Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, has authorized Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of the Authority, and intends to file said Articles of Amendment with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and said Authority sets forth as follows: 1. The name of the authority is the Pleasant Hills Authority, and its registered office is located at 610 Old Clairton Road, Room 100, Pleasant Hills Borough, Pennsylvania, 15236. 2. The said Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of the Authority are to be filed pursuant to the provisions of Section 5605 of the Municipality Authorities Act of 2001 as amended. 3. The Articles of Amendment provide for the extension of the term of existence of the Authority to December 31, 2066, a date no further than fifty (50) years from the date of approval of said Articles of Amendment. 4. The Articles of Amendment shall be filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania not less than three (3) days after publication of the written Notice.
