OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing of the Zoning Hearing Board will be held in Council Chambers of the Municipal Center, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025 on Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, for a hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board. Appeal No. ZN-8-2016 Scott & Meredith Davis, 453 Elliott Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025, lot & block 660-P-75, are requesting two variances to Zoning Ordinance 712, Section 201.2.j - Height of Accessory Structures of no more than 15 feet and 1 story maximum are required, appellant is requesting 18 feet 6 inches in height; and Section 902.11 -Accessory Storage Sheds not to exceed 180 square feet, appellant is requesting to construct a shed 507 square feet or 20'6" x 24' 6".
