Notice is hereby given by Rolling Hills Country Club, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation (the "Corporation"), that the Corporation is winding up its affairs in the manner prescribed by Section 5975 of the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988, as amended, so that its corporate existence shall cease upon the filing of Articles of Dissolution in the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This notice hereby requests that all persons having a claim against the Corporation present their claims in writing, containing sufficient information to reasonably inform the Corporation of the claimant's identity and the substance of his, her or its claim.
