ALLIES & ROSS MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES RFP#2016-11-REBID Allies & Ross Management and Development Corporation (ARMDC), the nonprofit real estate development instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), hereby requests responses from qualified Firms or Individuals capable of providing the following service(s): Construction Management Services ("CM") RFP #2016-11-REBID The documents will be available no later than May 2, 2016 and signed, sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., May 20, 2016 at which time they will be Time and Date Stamped at 100 Ross Street, 2nd Floor, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Last day for all written questions will be Monday, May 13, 2016 until 2:00 P.M.
