ELECTION NOTICE The Allegheny County Elections Division will perform the public test of the optical scan central automatic tabulating equipment to be used at the April 26, 2016 General Primary on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., at the XYZ Custom Warehouse, 901 Pennsylvania Ave, Pittsburgh, PA, 15233.
