OFFICIAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK 2016 PUBLIC MEETINGS Notice is hereby given that the following regular monthly meetings of the Borough of Franklin Park will be held during the year 2016. All meetings will be held at the Municipal Building prevailing local time and are subject to changes in dates and times. All meetings are open to the public, and agendas and minutes for these meetings are available upon request. Borough Council and Planning Commission meeting agendas and minutes are available on the Borough's website: www.franklinparkborough.us BOROUGH COUNCIL: Regular Meeting - The regular monthly meetings of Borough Council will be held the third Wednesday of each month at 8:00 p.m. Pre/Post Meetings - Prior to the commencement of its regular meeting at 8:00 p.m. Council gathers in the conference room at 7:00 p.m. for a Pre-Meeting to review the agenda and other matters that may come before Council. If necessary, Council may retire to the conference room after the regular meeting for presentation by staff, and to discuss at length, matters of substance. Committee Meetings - Borough Council Committee Meetings will be held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Committees include Finance/Budget, Public Works, Public Safety, Land Use/Planning, Recreation/Golf Course, Deer Management and any other committees authorized by Borough Council. Work Session Meeting - A work session of Borough Council will be held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the conference room. However, the January work session will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016, immediately following the Reorganization Meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS - On call. Each meeting will be publicly advertised. CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION - On call. Each meeting will be publicly advertised. ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL - First Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. PLANNING COMMISSION - Third Tuesday of each month at 8:00 p.m. The Planning Commission gathers in the Borough Building at 7:30 p.m. for agenda review and other matters that may come before the Planning Commission, prior to the commencement of its regular meeting at 8:00 p.m. RECREATION BOARD - Fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. ZONING HEARING BOARD - On call.
