OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council of the Borough of Franklin Park, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a regular meeting to be held December 16, 2015, at 8:00 p.m. prevailing local time, at the Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, intends to consider enactment of proposed Ordinance No. 627-2015 to: levy and asses taxes for general and specific purposes for the year 2016 including the real estate tax, the net profits and earned income tax, the local services tax, and the real estate transfer tax; repeal all prior inconsistent ordinances; and declare the provisions to be severable.
