BOROUGH OF PLUM OFFICIAL NOTICE The Council of the Borough of Plum, at their regularly scheduled meeting on December 14, 2015, will consider action to adopt an ordinance to establish stop points as parts of phase three and four of the Highlands Plan of Homes. AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF PLUM, ALLEGHENY COUNY, PENNSYLVANIA, ESTABLISHING SAFETY STOP POINTS TO REGULATE TRAFFIC CONTROL AT VARIOUS INTERSECTIONS IN PHASES 3 AND 4 OF THE HIGHLANDS DEVELOPMENT IN THE BOROUGH OF PLUM. A copy of the proposed ordinance may be obtained at the Plum Borough Municipal Building located at 4575 New Texas Road, Plum, PA 15239 during regular business hours.
